Cancellation policy

Rescheduling: free if done at least 12 hours before your session. Cancellations: late cancellations (within 12 hours) are charged in full. Outdoor courts: we highly advise indoor courts. If it rains heavily before or during the session, the lesson is cancelled for safety. Call-out fee: if your coach is already on-site before a last-minute or weather cancellation — Makati / BGC / Pasig ₱500, Alabang ₱1,500. Payment: full payment is required to secure a slot; sessions are first-come, first-served.

I've read and accept Tennis United Academy's cancellation policy.
