Cancellation policy

TENNIS UNITED ACADEMY — PHILIPPINES BOOKING POLICIES. All coaching prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP). Private coaching rates are per hour. Coach Andy Gomez charges PHP 4000 per hour for private lessons and PHP 4500 per hour total for semi-private lessons with two players. Coach Felipe Reyes charges PHP 3500 per hour for private lessons. Coach Julia Bravo charges PHP 2500 per hour for private lessons. COURT FEES: Coaching rates do not include court fees. Clients pay court fees separately and directly to the venue. Court fees vary by location and must be confirmed before booking. AVAILABILITY: Coaching availability depends on confirmed court reservations and coach schedules. Tennis United Academy is currently negotiating its court arrangements with Makati Shangri-La. Patty, the academy's bookings coordinator, will secure available court slots and publish only confirmed availability. Clients may book directly through FlashCourt when confirmed slots are available. Unconfirmed slots must not be advertised as available. Court reservations that are not required should be released at least 24 hours in advance, subject to the venue's rules. PAYMENTS: Full payment of the coaching fee is required in advance to confirm a booking. Accepted payment methods are GCash and Maya. Both use the registered payment number 09988039821. Clients must upload proof of payment, which the academy will verify before confirming the booking. The registered account holder's exact name must be verified before publishing payment instructions. CANCELLATIONS: Clients may cancel or reschedule without penalty by providing at least 24 hours' notice before their scheduled lesson. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson incur the full coaching fee. WEATHER AND COURT CANCELLATIONS: If rain, unsafe weather, or court unavailability prevents a lesson from proceeding, the lesson will be rescheduled without an additional coaching charge. Any coaching payment already made will be credited toward the rescheduled session. PACKAGES: Coach Andy Gomez offers a five-session private coaching package for PHP 18750, equivalent to PHP 3750 per session. Each session is one hour. Court fees are separate. Packages are valid for 90 days from the purchase date. Package purchases are handled through Patty, who must first discuss the client's requirements, verify coach availability, confirm suitable court arrangements, and check for scheduling conflicts. Once availability and arrangements are agreed, Patty sends the package payment link. Full payment is required in advance. Package holders schedule individual sessions subject to confirmed court availability. Academy-initiated cancellations should not unfairly reduce package validity. Packages are managed separately in the FlashCourt console. PROGRAMS: Do not import the October 23, 2026 Serve Workshop because it takes place before the planned platform launch. Do not create recurring workshops, clinics, or private coaching slots without confirmed dates, times, courts, and coaches. AUSTRALIA: Melbourne operations, Australian-dollar pricing, Coach Kike Garcia, and existing SimplyBook bookings will be configured separately when Australian currency, payment methods, and timezone support are available. The initial FlashCourt setup is for the Philippines only.
